Restylane is a FDA approved hyaluronic acid filler which is longer lasting than Collagen. It can be used for any folds but is most effective in the nasolabial folds and marionette lines. It is also a great option for lip augmentation and accentuating the lip borders (vermillion). Dr. Reynolds has years of experience injecting Restylane and many patients which will use nothing else.

Anesthesia can be obtained with topical anesthetic (cream) or with a nerve block (like at the dentist's office).

Side effects and complications are few. Some mild redness may occur for 4-12 hours, some mild bruising can occur (especially if taking aspirin or ibuprofen). Make-up can be used following the procedure if needed.

As the skin loses its elasticity, the breasts often lose their shape and firmness and begin to sag.
